Dear XYOAA Alumni,

         Hurricane Sandy left significant damage and hardship to many people, particularly those along the east coast. Our hearts go out to those alumni in the affected areas. We hope you are safe and recovering.

         The 10^th XYOAA anniversary celebration is now around the corner. The award nomination process has been a rewarding experience for those of us involved as we got to know many talented and successful alumni in different areas - from academic research to clinical practice and to community service. Their stories are truly inspiring!
